Course DetailsThe Certificate in TESOL is a fully accredited 150+ hour course with a high quality academic content which is not only respected by employers, but also provides the perfect platform from which to begin your career teaching English anywhere in the world. This is a course for those who seek to gain a first qualification in teaching English as a Foreign or Second Language. The course is directed at starting, novice and more experienced teachers and leads to the INTESOL Certificate in TESOL.The TEFL/TESOL certificate course can be taken in two formats:
AccommodationBarcelona is an energetic and exciting city that we are sure you will enjoy. We know that our students have individual tastes and preferences when it comes to accommodation. With this in mind, we offer clean, affordable and fully serviced facilities in a number of locations throughout the city. We promise that we will do our best to accommodate your housing preferences indicated on the application form. We regularly monitor the standard of the accommodation provided and encourage your feedback at the end of the course.You will be housed in our 'standard' accommodation for the duration of the one month course. The accommodation consists of a clean, attractive, comfortable apartment, shared with two or three other students, either completing a TEFL course or studying other educational courses. Most of these apartments are in the "Eixample" area, the city's main shopping and business district and near to the centre. There are plenty of reasonably priced eating places and this is a good place to be at night, as many of the city's trendy bars and restaurants are located here. The area is well served by both metro and bus services. Should you wish for more luxurious up-town accommodation, with a quieter and more sophisticated ambience, this can be arranged at extra cost. Am I eligible for the course?Applicants need to have a good educational background. However we welcome applications from those without a formal academic background who are able to communicate clearly in English. Please talk to us if you are unsure. Booking DetailsFor both the 4 Week TESOL and Flexible TESOL courses a deposit of £200 per person, payable to INTESOL WORLDWIDE Ltd is required in order to secure your place on the course (refundable if your application is refused or the course is full).
